The CORSICA is one of the newer selections to our cast-stone fireplace mantel offerings. The main beam is over 11” deep and the top shelf finishes at 15” deep. The pictures don’t do justice to the grand size of this mantle. The mantel comes with a small detail molding at the bottom of the main beam and a choice of a large cove molding or a traditional crown molding on the top. This mantle fits 36” and 42” wide  fireboxes at the price shown. And is also available to fit larger 48”, 50” and 60” wide openings at additional cost.  Standard height is approx. 63” tall and can be increased as needed at an additional charge.

Areas outside of Baton Rouge add an additional charge of $150 to $300  depending on the mantel install.  Areas beyond 2 hours only if schedule allows,  please call for quote.

Note: Our mantels are non-combustible & should exceed most building codes.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OVER TIME, SOME SHRINKAGE MAY OCCUR DUE TO NORMAL EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION.  BECAUSE THE MANTEL CONTAINS STEEL  REINFORCEMENT, THIS IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE MANTEL.

(Note: If you desire to save the cost of trim and hearth, you may use any light colored travertine or tile which makes an excellent trim and can be set by your tile installer.)
